Here in the US we also have dumb, violent, and defiant teenage boys. If they were shot by our government, would we say that this is what they get for throwing rocks? I don't understand the double standard. Would someone please explain this to me?

Ah, so if we had lots of violence in our streets and in our cities by an identifiable group or groups of individuals, we would be justified in imposing a curfew on them and in taking pro-active police measures against them?
