No, Patrice is a man... named himself after Patrice Lumumba - the first prime minister of the Congo after independence...
Later, the Soviets named a university after him and they trained such people as Carlos The Jackel in teh fine art of... well, terrorism...

Name was given as Patrice Lumumba (spelling?) Ford.
Named after Congo Communist. Had a university in Moscow named after him where the Soviets "educated" all their third world clients in government and economics...
