That's certainly a glowing tribute to Lumumba. Not even one mention of his Mau Maus and their hideous reign of terror in the Congo. Actually Lumuba died on Jan. 18, 1961. He was turned over to a rival Congolese tribe on Jan. 17th, and they spent two days torturing him to death (and they really knew how to torture).

Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow was famous during the cold war. They trained thousands of young foreign-born terrorists.
