The next victim was Premkumar A. Walekar, a part-time cab driver.

No way Al-Qaeda would shoot a cab driver...

I think it's some whacko like the Mt. Pleasant shotgun murderer. He just drove around and shot people with a shotgun...

I must disagree. AQ has guys active in Kashmir, and they consider Hindus to be unbelievers.

If Mr. Walekar was wearing a Hindu turban, he'd be fair game for a Møøse Limb shooter...

We had the same thing happen in my town here in Texas. Some kids found a shotgun. Their first target was the backdoor of a store and that reminds me of the first shot at the Michael's store. The next shooting was at people as they drove around. Their last shot was at a kid who was driving a car with his mother. The victim was blinded in one eye.
I'm starting to think the FBI profiler was right but I want more information.
All we know at the moment is a .224 bullet was found. I'm not even sure they have the vehicle correct or if they found any cartridge cases.
