I don't believe in coincidences. Given the "randomness" of the victims this doesn't seem to be a person or persons targetting members of a specific ethnic or religious group. The very nature of the killings "smells" like terrorism to me; of course, if random killings occur in other states it will pretty well define what is going on. As well, that this occurred almost within our nation's capitol speaks volumes to me.

Interestingly, part of the up-coming Gov race in Md. is about gun control.....hmmm.
