You called it. That is the end game here..
I agree the Pubs need to make a show to the Supremes regarding the military ballots already out there. But, I'd almost hope they wouldn't win in the USSC such that Torch would resign and the Rat gov. postpones the Senate election. I'd like to think that the voters in NJ would be so pissed off that they'd take action at the ballot box in 30+ days with Torch/Lousyberg on the ticket, rather than hoping that they'd remember what happened when the next general election rolls around in two years.
(p.s. I hope my logic isn't too convoluted!)
