You can't do that to a juvenile. I got in a situation like this about 25 years ago. About four young idiots had a woman cornered and began to jostle her. I intervened. When a cop came on the scene the only question he asked was, "Did you hit that juvenile?"

At least the "kids" should be neutered. Do we really want these types propogating themselves? Society will only be committing suicide by letting them breed.

Where is the black leadership on this one? I have a feeling that these "children" are inner city kids who have all been taught that they are victims of some unforeseen crimes and discrimination. They believe their lives have already been tarnished so why not put up a fight while going out.... except the only person to fight is the guy next door. What a shame.

I hope all the "children" involved spend their wasted lives behind bars.
