To: You Gotta Be Kidding Me
Does anyone have confidence that the modern judiciary will apply the law as enacted by a legislature, if the law compels a result the court doesn't like? Already the same arguments from Florida are shaping up, e.g. err on the side of "inclusiveness" if the law requires a different result. What tripe.

Here we go again. Only this time it is more disgusting because the Tush dropped out because he was going to lose. If anyone "disenfranchised" voters and deprived them of a choice, it was the Tush. They may actually get away with this.

Senator Lautenberg made it very clear, fairness demands that he be put on the ballot. The law is unfair!

It's just too important that the Democratic Party remain in power, we've fought too long:

Fighting polluters! Unfettered abortion!

More drugs for seniors! Saving Social Security from deficit spending!
And other beneficial acts of socialism.
