Recently my hub and I got into a discussion about the frontrunners for President election 2004, the pickings are so bad he predicted they would run Bill Clinton.....could happen and frankly I wouldn't be surpised...

The only problem with that is that Clinton is constitutionally barred from another term. He only gets two during his lifetime. The bar is not for sequential terms, it is terms period.
