Hah! That's a good one. I know a nice lady that got into AKC type dog-breeding several years ago. I think part of the motivation was that she can now say "bitch" in polite company, and get away with it.

From my observation, I CAN say that the Puerto Rican in my research seems to put to myth the stereotype of relative marital randiness 'twixt husband and wife.
From vacations in Mexico, I suspect that most Latinas may be of this mindset, but have been unable to research further.
I'd like to keep all my body parts attached, don't'cha know?
