You have it backwards. It's not a redistribution of wealth going on here but a redistribution of poverty. The globalist socialists don't care about elevating those in poverty - they just want to knock us "rich Westerners" down a peg or two.

Sam that is an excellent point. And although it sounds a little conspiratorial to say so, I believe there are certain circles which wouldn't mind too much at all if the citizens of this nation were driven all the way back to the stone age financially. Hungry people are rather easy to herd.

That's hitting the nail on the head alright, but I suspect they're looking for substantially more than a peg or two.
