I think a record of their bad behavior is a good thing if you ever have to go to court. I would document everything, keep a journal.

Maybe you could do what owners of small convenient stores do to keep the young hang outs away. If they party into the night, then they must sleep late. Starting at 7:30 in the morning, play Frank Sinatra out your window towards the rented home. Tom Jones would do it too. Keep this up until they leave.
