What's worse, is that the media often just refers to our President, as "Bush." They still refer to Clinton (deliberate no title/no respect) as "President Clinton," and the man has been out of office for 18 months!
Those of us who respect President Bush refer to hime amongst ourselves as "dubya" or in my case, just "W." But in formal terms in the public, George W. Bush, President of the United States of America, should be referred to as Mr. President, or President Bush depending if these are verbal or written references.
