"Maybe we should post armed guards at cemetaries so the dead will stop voting Democrat."

LOL...or even better, FReepers should monitor polling booths in areas that tend to vote strongly fer RATS...RATS don't like the spotlight on them, and we could shine it purty strongly!!

If any of you have ever been involved in a race on behalf of the democratic side you know just how hard it is to get the Democrats out to vote.

Or to get them to vote properly once there. Putting aside all the problems in the Miami area, we would have a President Gore today if 20,000 first time black voters in Northern Florida werent bussed to the polls and told to both punch out Gore and write in Lieberman. Since you cant punch a candidate and write one in for the same office, more than 20,000 ballots were disqualified. The idiot from Jesse Jackson's organization who gave them that instruction probably got a promotion.

"Thus in the 1984 election when Reagan won the biggest victory in legislative history, and republicans got more votes for the house than Democrats, the Democrats still held the house."

I did not know that.

Thank you, my FRiend...MUD
