The clickable links are for NJ residents; however, this is a national problem in America regarding school choice. This will allow a much-needed tax cut for low and moderate income families in America who send their children to private schools. It's a start in the right direction. Now let's go FREEP our congressmen.

While I agree that low and moderate income families should get a tax deduction for school expenses I am outraged that upper income families are being discriminated against.

If we ever want to reform the tax laws in this country we MUST make the poor pay too. As long as they get everything for free they will NEVER vote to cut taxes (after all, they don't pay any!)
