Good for her. More kids should stand up and tell the world that they do not want to be strip searched, they do not want to be forced to change a t-shirt if the administrator does not like the speech on it, that they don't want their automobiles searched for butter knives, that they don't want to be watched by big brother all day, they do not want teachers checking their underwear for thong panties, they do not want to be forced to pee in a cup to join the FBLA, they do not want to be made to wear little Hitler Youth uniforms, they do not want their school newspapers censored for complaints about the school board, that they don't want to be kicked out of school for having an aspirin, that they will not tolerate their religous clubs and meetings to be discriminated against, that they do not want the government to prevent them from saying a prayer. Basically that THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE RAISED BY THE STATE.

Then they can pay to send her to a school where she doesn't have to do these things (like everyone should have to do). If they don't, they can't complain.

When you make schooling into welfare, you create educational ghettos...

Oh yes they can complain. The Constitution assures us that they indeed can complain about agents of their government. Not sure where you get the idea that they can't. Maybe not in China.
