Anyone who has lived in Texas for any length of time knows a great deal about Judge William Sessions. He is the quintessential "activist" Judge. He loves NOTHING more that getting his name in the press. Over the years, he has wrecked havoc on the prison system, destroyed public school financing, and generally made himself to be a fool. MANY of his rulings are overturned.... as will this one.
