As a memorial to my fellow Vietnam helicopter pilots who were killed in that war I will be posting those who fell and the units they were in on that day. Not a day goes by that I don't remember them. This is my way of rememberance. God bless them all.

Really appreciate you daily posts of your helicopter comrades, ladtx.
Mrs. DD's brother was a thrice wounded Cobra pilot. Survived the war only to be killed by a drunk driver.
Salute to you and your comrades.

I just wanted to tell you how wonderful it is that you honor your fallen comrades daily.
The man whose MIA bracelet I wore thirty years ago as a high school student was killed in a 'copter crash in Viet Nam in 1968. He wasn't the pilot, but was on a mission and was killed along with several others when the helicopter was shot down.
His name is Staff Sergeant Richard A. Fitts and some of his remains were identified and finally returned to his parents in 1989. I pray for him and his family every day.
