Actually, my understanding of it is that whatever the popular and literary definition, the legal definition encompasses nearly any sexual "interaction" outside of vaginal intercourse, from anal to oral to...erm...assisted masturbation. Especially in local statutes, this is a very nebulous definition often applied only in irregular circumstances such as this bizarre setup.

Apparently, this unhappy gentleman would like to add "helping out" to the list of sodomy offenses...so be it.
