It amazes me that any American who questions another person's patriotism for never having served in the military is unamerican.
I guess these people do not know that it is our Military, past and present who have protected their FReedoms! You would think having served these Soldier's for Peace would understand why they served!

I agree Amy. The word Patriot means more than just serving in the military too. A dictionary meaning is simply, "One who loves his or her country." You can be patriotic without having served in the military just by loving and honoring your country.
Because we do love our country, we honor our past, present, and future men and women who serve to protect our freedoms. That is the essence of why we stand on street corners showing support for our troops, our Patriotism!
