If that's what being Libertarian means, no thanks.
The concept of the rule of law is that rules that apply for every legal action (due process) prevent overstepping the bounds. Even one case of overstepping the bounds demonstrates that the rules are not truly in place and all cases are in doubt. That means-how do I know anyone is guilty when there are no standards for guilt.
Until due process is firmly in place, they are a lawless and rogue agency to be avoided at all costs.
