Iraq will not deal with any new resolution that would run counter to what was agreed upon with the UN secretary general,"What other side deals did our buddy agree to.....
Kofi goes...

It seems that no matter how hard the his client states of Germany and France, and his personal vassal Kofi Annan, try to preserve him, Sadaam continues to make life hard for the appeasers.
Now don't get me wrong -- I have no doubt that the likes of France and Germany will appease anything, right up to Sadaam using a nuke on someone, they are that craven and rotten to the core, but France and Germany won't be able to save him. Note to Sadaam: You should've found allies that could actually project some power, whereas France and Germany have difficulty projecting power for even one block around their own Parliament buidlings.

Kofi Annan is Sadaam Hussein's personal vassal.
The fun part will be Kofi trying to present himself as "Secretary General" once Sadaam is rotting in his grave.
We won't have seen the like since Charlie Chaplin's "Little General".

"We are prepared to do whatever we are asked to do," General Tommy Franks told reporters in Kuwait. Generals say stuff like this but it's meaningless apple-polishing. Custer probably said the same thing.

for all intents and purposes, oleSaddam just threw
Kofi under the bus. The whole world will now
know if Kofi is with us OR THEM. Too cool.
Wouldn't you,if you were Kofi,have commented
and loud and hard by now ?
My guess is Kofi is awaiting talking points
Bill and Hillary are writting....
the USA and Dubya are not fighting Iraq
and Kofi as much as we are fighting
the Clintons. Time for Dubya to drop an October
surprise and take Clinton(s) out. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it is acutally a 72 year old virgin, not the other way around. This is what the savages in the middle east deserve.

[On Monday, Foreign Minister Naji Sabri gave Secretary General Kofi Annan a letter saying Iraq would allow the
unconditional return of UN arms inspectors after a hiatus of nearly four years.]
The press isists on repeating this fallacy. Unless Saddam meant that while their "return" is unconditional, what they do while in Iraq IS contitional. aking a page from Clinton's playbook, no doubt.
In fact, Iraq's offer was NEVER unconditional. Now they're trying to spin the case that any requests by the US are "new conditions". But the original UN mandate was for unconditional inspections, the details of which were to be worked out by the UN.

Well Iraq has 2 weeks left to surrender and end this war. Let them say what they want as long as they surrender within the Presidents time frame.

The weather in Baghdad tomorrow is expected to be sunny in the morning with increasing mushroom clouds in the afternoon.
The temperature looks to be a moderate 2000 degrees with cool winds upwards of around 700 miles per hour.
It will definitely be a day for the sunblock, and it wouldn't hurt to shake the dust off the ol' lead suit in the closet. If you're planning on venturing outside in beautiful Iraq tomorrow, don't forget to drink plenty of fluids such as barium which shows up nicely when blasts of radiation flow through your body.
Most of all, have fun out there in historic Baghdad and enjoy the old city while........ well, while it's still there.

Germany has ruled out taking part in a strike on Iraq even if there were a UN mandate for it. Have they missed the point that we don't NEED their help. And we prefer that they take a seat on the bench and shut the hell up.

Has Bushie given them an ultimatum yet? That's what I'm waiting for. An ultimatum with a deadline attached. It should be for unconditional surrender, but I expect it will be milder than that.
