I disagree....what I have seen in this little bit of video is enough for me.
There was no fine line crossed here....this was not discipline, this was battery IMHO....if she does this in public, what does she do behind closed doors.

I went to the FNC website and watched some of the video. It is smaller than a Post-It note and the little girl is not even visible after getting in the SUV. However, if you watch the video on television, you can see that the woman is beating the child, pulling her hair, and punching her.
