Is it mentioned whether he had to sign some sort of preemployment "positive-results-on-a-drug-test-immediate-termination-no-questions-asked" type statment?

I work for a bank and I had to have an FBI screen, credit check, etc and so on to work there. I was sure they would turn up a body or two somewhere, but nothing yet ;)

Oh goodness...Well, I won't bore anyone with the details, but that brings back memories from about 12 years ago, when my father was in the process of getting his 'Q' security clearance from the government. The background checks involved practically everyone he had ever known, as well as my mother, my sister and I.

I don't think I had a sound sleep until he actually recieved his approval notification and was on the job for a couple of years. ;)
