I found your remarks about tactics very informative and interesting. To tell the truth, I gave up on educating those over on the Left about the time impeachment/Monica/Juanita/Panama/tainted blood all broke, simply because if those tales didn't open their eyes, nothing I could think up would, either.
I've found with "moderates" avoiding hot-button words- a semanticist would call them "loaded"- and cute but irritating slurs ( hitlery! comes mind... ) seems to get a better hearing.
