I have to admit, I am a bit uneasy about all the coincidental details. I haven't seen the story, don't pay much attention to local news, she could be a great upstanding lady for all I know!
But something about this makes me pause.

"What ever happened to the former porn star who was running for the Republican nomination for governor in Kentucky? " isn't she running libby dole's campaign in n.c.?

I saw her on TV this evening. She sounds credible and looks a bit like Gennifer Flowers to boot.
Like I said, this is a blockbuster.

Clinton Kentucky!! LOL! Since they didn't say, Patton has to be a Democrat, just like when the media reports on "youths" committing crimes, you know their black.
This sounds so much like the Juanita Broadrick scenario: nursing home operator, fundraiser, sexual advance. Why didn't "Campaign Finance Reform" solve this problem?;^)

For a moment I thought that Patton was involved with boffing a resident of a nursing home. That one kind of confused me a bit.

So where are the pictures?

That's who I thought of too, Juanita Broaddrick. But her name slipped my mind, not the circumstances.

It sounds like the Democrats have another southern governor with unique qualifications to be president. If he keeps it up (figuratively speaking) he'll be president in 2008. 2004? As he unseats another one term Bush. NOT!

My father-in-law will be loving this! My wife's first memory of going to vote with daddy in E-town, as a little girl, was "all you have to know is pull this lever with the 'R' next to it." And then she got to pull it to vote the straight Republican ticket. He and his brothers and sisters were involved in small-town KY politics for many years.

"Governor Paul Patton, an embarrassment to our state already, is involved in sex-for-favors with a woman which has ties, ironically, to Clinton, KY." Well, at least, he asked first...

Tina Conner: What do you think about let's get together. That's basically how it was. He let me know in so many uncertain terms because he had fondled my breast the night before. What a classy lady!
Conner says that began a two-year sexual relationship with Gov. Paul Patton.
"There was a lot of fear involved with it. But there was a lot of WOW also, you know, this is the governor calling!" Conner said.
I have no sympathy for her. He grabs her breast and she jumps in bed with him, because he's the governor.

Can you grab a pic somehow?

I was outside the Louisville viewing area and have been looking around for this report...should have known to just come straight to FR.

He'll get busted in Pike County by his own if he runs against Jim Bunning. Bank on it.

This guy is DemonRat Presidential material!!If he ran, he'd win. I wonder if his wife is a PIAPS?

Someone at the hotel must have seen them together and someone signed for a room. Look for someone to pick up 25 grand for selling the story to a tabloid.

WOW ... the Governor and his adultress trick!! What losers all around.
Perhaps if she hadn't been screwing around on her husband she might only have had 63 -- instead of 163 -- actionable violations under which conditions the "poor old folks who had to move" evidently were living.
"Desecrated" us?
You keep saying that word ...
I do not think you really know what it means.

She needed regulatory favors for her probably maggot infested nursing home. She was making a business decision.

Is the governor married? You need "a little woman" standing by her man at times like this.
But seriously folks, forget the sex. Go for the jugular. This despicable governor put old folks lives at risk by intervening to keep open a substandard nursing home.
