I think there was a book called Johnny Tremain, fiction, but it was my very favorite book.

It is STILL a good book. Both my kids read it as part of our study of the Revolution last year! Another one that is good is "April Morning" about a young man whose father takes part in the stand at Lexington Green.

I've never heard of that book. I'll have to look it up and add it to my pile!
