Justice not served? Those Freepers who thought he was innocent might want to reconsider. He was going to tell police where the body was located. How would a man innocent of the crime know where the body was?

How would a man innocent of the crime know where the body was? Yep. Where has DumbAss and his stupid and offensive song lyrics been lately? Probably still grieving the verdict

This shows what a scum Feldman is. He knew his client was guilty yet he was trying to blame innocent people, even the son. More and more juries are just going to ignore anything defense attorney will say. Unfortunately sometimes innocent people are charged -- they are the ones who will be hurt by Feldman's unethical actions.

Wow, it looks like the moronic freepers who have been crying foul over this were just served a nice slice of humble pie.

I suppose this means that the right man is going to be executed.
Alert the anti-DP people and inform them that they needn't bother showing up to protest on execution night.

"Minutes before Danielle van Dam's remains were found Feb. 27, David Westerfield's lawyers were brokering a deal with prosecutors:""He would tell police where he dumped the 7-year-old girl's body; they would not seek the death penalty."
"Law enforcement sources told The San Diego Union-Tribune yesterday defense lawyers Steven Feldman and Robert Boyce were negotiating for a life sentence for the 50-year-old design engineer, a neighbor of the van Dams in Sabre Springs."
Would you still invite Westerfield into your home?

There are two different issues here: (1) whether DW was in absolute truth the personal perpetrator of DVD's disappearance and death or not; and (2) what went on in the courtroom to get a verdict. If the negotiations with the prosecution are indicative of his true culpability, why didn't that get aired at the trial too? "Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law."

Not only that, but his attorney admitted his guilt in an interview also.
Of course they will probably not believe him either, right?

I caught unmitigated s**t when I said that there was tons of evidence against him. Hope those folks choke on their words now.
