I think you've really picked the wrong forum if you are so offended by humor that you want to initiate a lawsuit. You will need to have a little thicker skin to persist around here.

My wife is a gorgeous blonde and I've always been a sucker for blondes. She is a very intelligent woman who can laugh at a joke and who will play the "dumb blonde" just for the fun of it.
