The majority of illegals in Arizona are illegal because they came here illegally, overstayed they legal length of stay or failed to file the proper paperwork.

While there are many problems in the INS, the MAJORITY of the problems are the aliens fault, for failure to comply with INS regulations.

No way is that true in a border state. Mexicans just crash our borders. Same for some Central Americans. They don't get visas to come here. You are abjectly misinformed.

In other places you will find many illegal aliens how came here legally via a visa and just stayed. And intended to do this from the get go. But not so in  a border state.
