No way is that true in a border state. Mexicans just crash our borders. Same for some Central Americans. They don't get visas to come here. You are abjectly misinformed.
In other places you will find many illegal aliens how came here legally via a visa and just stayed. And intended to do this from the get go. But not so in a border state.
