Pruden doesn't lack any testosterone himself, does he?
Even liberal Howard Fineman told Imus this morning that the Dems and press make a big mistake when they try to paint Bush as wishy washy and/or stupid. Fineman, in a cya mode, said that ever since he covered Gov. Bush, he cautioned his colleagues that Bush wasn't the idiot (I'm paraphrasing) that the stereotype suggested about the frat boy. Fineman is an extremely political journalist, and at this point, has decided to get onboard the Bush Bandwagon, because he sees GWB's poll numbers. In other words, whatever Fineman says that is complimentary of Bush, take with a grain of salt.

Echoing the U.N. delegates who imagine they were sent to New York to enjoy the sweet life in Manhattan,This is probably the attitude of 99% of those delegates. Looking at their faces yesterday I kept imagining what they were thinking:
"Hope he finishes soon, gotta go pick-up that new Beemer."
"Maybe I can get in 9 holes if he winds this thing up."
"Man, I hope that sweetie is still at the hotel when this is over."
Their last concern is doing something about Saddam.

That's two "homers" for the big guy; one in front of congress after the attacks, and now this one. When the chips are down, he tells it exactly like it is.
Although he had to be diplomatic with the audience ("always tune your speech to fit your audience"), one gets the distinct feeling that he could have used only one sentence to give the exact same meaning:
"Lead, follow, or get the hell out of our way - NOW!"

It might have been the shot of testosterone to bestir the delegates of the United Nations General Assembly.
Liberals consider testosterone more toxic than cigarettes.

After Bush loaded the bases!Exactly! I couldn't see it coming, but Bush strategized the entire runway. A virtuoso performance in management. And another notch on the world leadership belt.

jI don't know who began the Bush is stupid campaign but it was so obvious when the other idiots just grabbed the tail of the elephant in front of them and followed suit. It made us laugh at SOME of the people who were calling Bush a dim bulb. Go back and look at some of them. You will see why they just jumped on the bandwagon 'cause they sure as heck didn't know what they were talking about. It was the "thing" to do and some people do anything for face time.
The Hollywood people who jumped on this bandwagon were probably the most ridiculous. Like they knew George Bush or something.
Laura Bush kept saying just wait, you will see how good Geroge Bush is. Well, now they all see it and proably wish they could take back those statements but they can't and now they can only sit back and watch how this great President is leading the United States of America.
Dim bulb? Who are the dim bulbs now????????????

I sincerely hope that Ron Reagan has the ability to listen to and comprehend the greatness which Bush is leading the nation that he so loves.

That's a very real possibility. I hope so too. Both great Presidents.
When President Bush took office, we who voted for him knew he was the right choice and would be a good President. Today, we KNOW his Presidency is bordering on GREATNESS. President Reagan would be proud indeed.

The only question in my mind now is whether Bush consciously plans these things or whether, like Reagan, he is just so instinctual that he knows which way to move at ever turn. It's amazing how, with a badly down economy and constant hammering by the press, the Republicans may actually GAIN seats in an off year election.

Tom Daschle will bump Dick Gephardt out of the way to be the first in front of the cameras, decked out in his varsity sweater emblazoned with a big B, leading cheers.Yeah. But he'll need at least one dozen NYC phone books to stand on in order to be seen!

I don't know who began the Bush is stupid campaign but it was so obvious when the other idiots just grabbed the tail of the elephant in front of them and followed suit. It made us laugh at SOME of the people who were calling Bush a dim bulb. Bush is considered "stupid" by the media, political, and entertainment elite since he is a relative "newcomer" to the political realm.
Gore, on the other hand, was suckled on politics for his entire life, flunked out of TWO different grad programs (Divinity (HOW do you flunk divinity????) and Law), and was briefly part of the journalism establishment.
I'll take Bush anyday, with his HARVARD MBA degree (where's yours Al?), his Business management experience (where's yours Al?), and the courage of his convictions (where's yours Al?).
Bush is a business President. He makes decisions, and moves forward with the courage of his convictions. He doesn't adjust because of what the polls say. He'll adjust in order to get part of what he wants rather than nothing, but he's no turncoat on his PRINCIPLES (where's yours Al?).
