The higher the negative evaluations go for the two candidates, the more people will stay home and not bother to vote.

Looking for good for Simon.

The key is to TURN OUT THE VOTE FOR SIMON!!! THAT IS THE KEY! I know all our friends in California who can be are hard at work to be sure every single available vote for Simon is turned out! (If not, why not?)

Gee, still only mid September, but the scum liberal media wrote headlines weeks ago that everyone agreed Simon was finished. Just happened to coincide with our great president's supportive visit to Simon. Now the basis for those absurd articles has been thrown out the window. The liberal media are a disgusting cancer on this nation.

Among 'most likely voters,' Simon leads Davis 41 percent to 36 percent.

This is key, especially since it's likely to be a low turnout.

While I always felt that Simon could win even with the fraud verdict standing, the vindication of his family firm DEFINITELY helps. While Davis has been running his hit commercial practically non-stop since July 30, he hasn't gone up in the polls, and his puff commercials are getting nowhere, either. He's between 38-41 percent in the Field Polls, and that's just not good for an incumbent governor.

Davis' only choice is to play dirty, and he will. He'll pull out every vile Democrat ad campaign they can think of, and if that doesn't work he'll stuff the ballot box. Don't be surprised when you see a commercial showing a woman bleeding to death in a dark alley and Davis telling you it's Simon's fault; don't be surprised if you see kids lying dead in the schoolyard and Davis telling you it's Simon's fault -- truth and decency have no place in the Davis dictionary.

We need to rally around Simon, get our troops in order, take the momentum from this great news, and spread the good news far and wide. The momentum is on our side, and at just the right time. Let's elect Bill Simon!

Unless I was reading FR, I'd never have known about this poll figure. It's well-hidden info.

This is the second Dem inspired move that turned out to be politically motivated slime that evaporated, the first having been the rumored DOJ inquiry. What will be the next tactic of the lying slime?

I notice that this thread did not attract the usual suspects in terms of defeatist creeps, RINOs, Rear-dan lovers, and Davis trolls. They must be in shock.

Go Simon Go! I give Rondog at least partial credit for this turn around. How's the street theater going?
