Not at all, really, if you think about it...the growth of the 90's was largely ephereal in many economic sectors, and that sorta fragility in the marketplace was allowed to go undisclosed to the investors due to a very slack SEC oversight presence. Changin' that dude at the top of an organizational pyramid can ultimately change the culture of the bureaucracy incredibly!! I bet as lotta folks know a lotta things out there, and once the ClintonCorruptionCadre is de-FANGED, a lotta decent, upstanding folks are gonna start providing State's Evidence against the DespoticDuo!!
