When you realize how many Americans are connected to the U.S. military....family serving now, or family or friends who served in the past....and if not that, just the awareness that the country chugs along day by day because the military is there to hold the world off us....any politician who does not respect our military and make sure they have what they need to do their job, is going to be dead in the water.
