Mornin' All. I read John's opening essay once again. For everyone who read it on Monday or Tuesday, I believe it's well worth the time spent to read it again.

We had a 9-11 "United We Stand" ceremony in one of the local parks last night. The ceremony honored our Armed Forces and Veterans, Police and Firefighters (First Responders) and the citizens of the United States. It was a very moving experience and I hope to present some tidbits as the day progresses.

Here's a short teaser... The VFW was the Veterans group represented last night. Included in this group were 8 members of the San Joaquin Valley Association of Pearl Harbor Survivors. I had a wonderful chat with one of those men. More later.. I was a real social butterfly last night with all those Vets. I shook hands with most all of them and thanked them for their service.

Don't apologize for something you so painstakingly and beautifully put together, Aqua - it's good to see the photos again, and I'm happy they will be archived on this thread. Thank you for all the work you do putting together the music with such excellent grapics every day.

Thanks, Dave - always love the way you bring us these little tidbits. You are such an inspiration the way you love your country and the veterans and those whose lives are in danger now as they fight to protect all of us. A little thanks to those who are in harm's way from me....
