But I don't actually subscribe to the notion that they have conspired to do so literally.

They are however culpable for many crimes. For Clinton, that includes rape and lying to federal criminal grand jury.

I don't believe the Clintons (Bill or Hillary) ever conspired to harm anybody. All of the politically inspired rumors spread by Repukie pols have been fully investigated, at taxpayer expense of more than $60m wasted dollars.
