They are however culpable for many crimes. For Clinton, that includes rape and lying to federal criminal grand jury.

Good point, my FRiend...we don't have to prove this crime to put both the Clintons in Prison for the remainder of their days on this Planet. Still, IMHO, both the Clintons had advance knowledge of at least some of the Arkancide Victims.
