I wonder if this based on intelligence or is just because tomorrow is 9/11. I wouldn't be suprised if there were small scale attacks tomorrow similar to the LAX shooting on July 4th.

It does have to do with 9/11, partly....and is probably combined with the guy who was pacing, measuring and filming the Washington Monument and Pentagon.
