The GOP will get stupid.

Among other things, they'll submit, and vote for, a permanent extension to the assault weapons ban, guaranteeing that the Dems will sweep both branches in 2004.

Easy - Sir FagALott will reopen power-sharing negotiations.

The last thing to look for would be a smaller, less-expensive and less-intrusive Stupid Federal Government.

I think the primary goal will be to open up the bottleneck on judicial nominees. Several Supreme Court justices want to retire but are holding on. Everything else will be secondary.

Also, I predict that Senate Republicans will replace Trent Lott as Majority Leader.

Umm, Victory over Iraq, Permanent tax cuts, Economic Growth, Ban on partial birth abortion, confirmation of conservative judges at the appelate and supreme court levels. That ought to be a start.

First and foremost, MANY currently vacant federal bench positions will be filled with HONORABLE men and women who revere the law!

Based on past GOP performance, the Democrat's program will be implemented, only more slowly.

Judges will be confirmed, we will drill for oil in Alaska. Tax cuts will be made permant and we will whip Saddam's butt and put the rest of the Arabs on notice.That is just for starters.
