It's ironic. I thought Tony Blair was so liberal - anti-Thatcher. But he seems to be one of the few, if only, ally to publically stand by us.

The Brits are our best allies and I hope the special relationship lasts a long time. Even a left-wing PM has been fairly supportive. I just hope Duncan Smith can become PM at some future date.
