I guess these sites weren't on the tour Saddam recently gave reporters.

Big bear trap closes on pseudo-dove appeasers and the DNC. [Metallic scraping sound, followed by painful scream.] And this, I believe, is just the beginning. Satisfied Freegards....

Jimmy Carter said it was just an expansion of the Iraqi Baby Milk Charity production facilities and he was gathering his tools so he could go help.

"U.N. Spy Photos Show New Building at Iraqi Nuclear Sites"
Actually the headline should read:

A team of weapons inspectors, studying satellite photography, have identified several nuclear-related sites in Iraq where new construction or other unexplained changes have occurred since the last international inspections nearly four years ago, a United Nations official said today. I may be wrong, but I think the Security Council will approve the attack on Saddam. Five nations have vetoes. The US and Britain are obviously going to vote for it, the French will whine publicly but won't want to be the scapegoat, the Chinese will probably abstain since they don't want to loose favored-nation trade status and other perks from Congress, and the Russians may just join us as a means of promoting that thawing out between Pooty-Poot and Bush.
If I were Bush, I'd go for it.

I wonder whether Scott Ritter is back with the program (literally and figuratively).

BUT BUT BUT, Semenstain said we need to get Osama first before we can prevent nuclear terroism. ``Saddam Hussein didn't kill 3,100 people on Sept. 11,'' he said. ``Osama bin Laden did, and as far as we know he's still alive.''

What the heck is this story doing coming from the UN?
Where did they get these photos? The UN doesn't have satellites.
Can't we study our own photos and show them to the world?

United Nations inspectors are equipped, trained and ready to go to Iraq and could begin their work within weeks if Baghdad gave permission."
Read between the lines...
Saddam here is your free pass. Just permit inspectors in and you have another year to figure out how to Nuke New York City or DC.

The headline was only a little misleading - actually these were taken by a "commercial" platform - not military spy hardware -
Interestingly enough they must turn it off every time it flies over Israel - that's the law!!!

Gee, does that mean that Scott Ritter is full of crap as we suspect?

Like any good horror movie, it's the basements of public buildings the inspectors want to check out. Saddam keeps his real horrors out of sight and under human shields.

Wait, even though it's above his paygrade and he hasn't been there in over 4 years, shouldn't we be listening to Scott Ritter? Or Ramsay Clarke?
