If you see a book on a bookshelf with the title "The Yellow King" on its spine, DO NOT OPEN IT, or you will be lost forever. Cthulu is waiting.

Heh, its nice to see some other Lovecraft fans around. Funny article, I'm filing that away for future reading. Here is a link to a Random Lovecraft Story Generator, pretty funny as well. BTW, I have a 2 megabyte ZIP file that contains all of Lovecraft's stories, poems, and essays in .txt format; FReepmail me with your email address if you'd like a copy, and I'll send it to you.

Maybe Bin Laden's brain is sitting in a steel cylinder and even now winging its way to Yuggoth.

Of course, it all makes sense now! Bin Laden as a modern Alhazred, labouring tirelessly as a foul servant of monstrous, foetid, tentacled abominations from the nether abyss. Perhaps he is, in fact, none other than the crawling chaos Nyarlathotep himself. If so, then the best any of us can hope for is to descend into incurable, eternal, skull-wrenching madness.
Oh, the horrour!

The preceding was found among the tattered, ichor-soaked papers of Professor Ephraim Winthrop Clark, late Professor of Blasphemous & Unwholesome Astronomical, Oceanographic, and Ancient Semitic Studies of Kingsport Community College. This is not what sane and balanced people know.

Osama's holy book was inspired by the same forces that brought forth the Necronomicon, so there could be something to this. ;)

Yog-Sothoth>/I> Oh yeah, that was Master Yoda's cousin that fell off of the Jedi Temple and into a time warp transporting him to the Pentagon. While he was in the Morbeamtreow Time Spasm he met Bert and recruited him to the cause.

Have to love
The Illuminatus Trilogy. Might be the best sci-fi book ever written.

Well, you notice you never see the two together...

Wrong sci-fi guy. Isaac Asimov may be the inspiration. Go
