Could you try that again, in English?
Agreed!
But to say that the rate of immigration is the root cause of the evil, neither impunes the intergrity of the immigrant nor the culture that is being impacted by the consequence of the sheer numbers.
California is financially drowning. The immigrant tide is inundating the system capacity. The personal character, intentions or cultural heritage of the immigrant is not the root cause.
The volume of their numbers is.

System capacity? Berries in the woods? Gaia?
Productive people increase wealth and capital resources.
Once again agreed.
But in our state's case it's the children that are at the focal point of the state's strained resources. The cost of providing housing, education and health care to this unproductive segment of our state's population are an enormous component of the state's present financial expenditures.
Notice that Dufus was satisfied with Saturday's budget deal because it "protected" these "core" state expenditures.
OK. But let's be careful not confuse to legal immigrants with illegal aliens.
Once your prior, admitedly revealing, submissions got into my "NEW POSTS TO YOU" I had lots of time to enjoy other pursuits while waiting for the page to load.
Great quote. Tragically, our society chooses to accept these days instead of avoiding.
Dear Roscoe of the literally millions of immigrants who have moved to Califonia since 1980 how many Mexican citizens were admitted legally after following the appropriate proceedures within their own contry, waiting for their application to be approved and then emmigrating from Mexico.
Remember the INS stats for that period do not reflect the country of actual residence when legal status was granted.
He was talking about nicer new houses already built. You don't have to go to Juarez to get a house for half that ---you get houses really cheap in the colonias or build your own if you have enough cardboard and a few two-by-fours.
You have identified the problem. The flood of immigrants are not productive. They consume government provided services at rates far in excess of the taxable income they generate. The truly productive taxpayers of California are being squeezed so hard that they are fleeing California. Wealth and capital are being taxed away to provide government services. It is anything but a laissez faire exercise in capitalism. The socialists control the government and are squeezing the life out of CA.
Yup. It's pretty much become the "third rail" of American politics.
I try not to confuse them but when you look at how many legal immigrants are getting on SSI and using welfare programs, using a fraudulent "sponsor" system or the practice of "anchor babies" to collect their citizenship and welfare benefits, it's easy to have more sympathy for an illegal who at least is here working earning every dime they get.
