Refresh my memory, please. Remember when the legalize marijuana bill was on the ballot and passed? Remember when the state government said we didn't know how to vote, and overruled us? That was Davis, wasn't it? Well if it was, it would be a good thing to bring up to show how much he respects the voters of the state of Kalifornia.
