The U.S. should propose a plan in one of these U.N. meetings that would increase efficiency in pollution rather than just putting a pollution cap on industrialized nations. Such as only a certian amount of pollution per good produced.

Allthough i would totattly be against that idea, it would be fun watching the *Watermelons* squirm because they would know this would kill all the third world industries.

First time using the word *watermelon*. Im gonna have to remember that on ;)
