I was over to one of the Tolkien threads were one of the freepers announced that he had seem FOTR but was not impressed.

I loved it! But, I can see why it isn't for everyone, I guess. After I rented it I decided to go out and buy it on dvd. I plan on getting the entire trilogy. Wonderful acting and special effects.

BTW, I loved the movie and I've read the trilolgy so many time I lost count. I never get "Bored" of the ring.
