Fire reported near North Michigan Avenue Tribune staff reports
Published August 27, 2002, 12:36 PM CDT
Police briefly closed off sections of North Michigan Avenue shortly after noon as the Chicago Fire Department responded to a fire in the vicinity of the 500 block of North Michigan Avenue.
Smoke could be seen drifting from a building east of the busy street.
Michigan Avenue was closed briefly in both directions between Illinois and Ohio Streets.

Has the coverup of turning this obvious act of terrorism happened yet. I am sure they will blame it on something stupid like an "electrical fire" or some other bogus response. I want to know when Bush knew! There needs to be a hearing in the Senate to look into possible involvement by the Bush administration.
