I haven't paid attention to this latest family meeting, but I trust the thread has been true to the title and FReepers are happy again, for the most part. (At least, as happy as FReepers ever get! ;~D)

I have had my own wounds to heal OPH! - My horse tripped and fell on a trail ride last weekend and he landed on me in the process... He was hurt and is now healing, I was bruised and limping, but we are now almost back to normal.

How can you like Rand if you are a Christian? Atheist to the core in objectivism.

I can like her because she made sense. Not about worshipping man, but about not worshipping altruists. I personally think We The Living should be required reading for college students. She brought communist Russia to life for me.

Her mistake was in worshipping man. She thought men should be acknowledged for their greatness, but she failed to acknowledge the Greatness that created man. That is very sad. She rejected the very thing she worshipped above all, a Great Mind.
