Congratulations. Graciousness and reconciliation are always well received. I little goes a long way. My favorite example of publicly disagreeing with one's enemy in a respectful way was the opening of Patrick Henry's "Give me liberty" speech (which BTW was also posted on an earlier thread)...

"No man thinks more highly than I do of the patriotism, as well as abilities, of the very worthy gentlemen who have just addressed the house. But different men often see the same subject in different lights; and, therefore, I hope it will not be thought disrespectful to those gentlemen if, entertaining as I do opinions of a character very opposite to theirs, I shall speak forth my sentiments freely and without reserve."

I made a couple of comments but tried to stay out of it for the most part.

Jim, great news that you and BADJOE have come to an understanding.
I'm sure that there were talks behind the scenes that we don't need to know about.
I think that an oversight committee of some kind, on the moderators, is probably a good idea. The details can surely be left to you and whoever you choose.
